Coconut Macaroons

Prep Time: 5 minutes     Cook Time: 10-12 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups coconut flakes
  • 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 170° C, Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix them well.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned around the edges.
  5. Remove to rack to let it cool.
